**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Director
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and digital formats

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic clerical tasks
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
