We are Study Group, a global leader in International Pathway Education. We are excited to announce that the Royal Holloway International Study Centre is looking to expand its Student Services team by introducing a new Welfare Officer. In this job role, you’llprovide a variety of welfare and pastoral support to our students throughout their journey with us. This is a varied role that will give you the opportunity to provide personal and pastoral based tutorials to individuals and to groups. You’ll become the WelfareLead within the centre, representing the centre with a number of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a small, but growing centre, and you’ll be joining a tight team that is friendly and professional. There is ample opportunity to grow within this role, with lots of opportunities to be involved in different activities and projects within the centreand across the Study Group network. Its diverse centre, where no day is the same, located in the beautiful Royal Holloway Campus.

**EXPERIENCE**

Essential
- Providing welfare support and pastoral care to students
- Working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
- Working within an educational environment

Desirable
- Coaching experience and training
- Working within a School, Further or Higher Education setting
- Working within an educational environment with international students
