BESTSELLER is a long-established, family owned, international Danish Fashion Company. Our London office and showrooms are in the heart of Shoreditch in a beautifully designed period property.

We are looking for a Host to work within our Danish designed, office and showroom environment; where we host daily guests and visitors, international colleagues, as well as being the home for our 70 UK colleagues - made up of our Sales, & Business Support teams.

We provide a close knit, supportive, encouraging, and welcoming environment. We are hardworking and loyal, and many of our colleagues celebrate lengthy service within our company. We’re very proud of our people and culture.

In our advert we include pictures of our environment, as we hope to clearly convey it to you. It’s 2,000 SQM heritage building, spilt across two floors. It’s home to 10+ showrooms, with a 5 meter long beautiful reception desk upon entering. Open plan desk seating for our colleagues, with multi breakout areas, a large canteen and multiple kitchenettes throughout the space.

Your main priority as the Host will be the experience of our guests when coming in to see us - we aim to create that welcoming at ease feeling of being at home.

**THE ROLE**
- An office based position, Monday to Thursday (08:30 - 17:00) with early finishes on Fridays (08:30-14:30).
- Welcoming our guests and visitors - ranging from Fashion Industry Buyers (spanning across the UK's biggest retailers) to our colleagues travelling internationally through our company’s many flagship offices and showrooms.
- Ensuring daily office standards and supporting the Office Manager with excellent working order of the space, through detailed opening and closing walks.
- Preparing our daily showroom hospitality service for buying appointments - breakfasts, lunches and afternoon treats.
- Responsible for communicating the incoming and outgoing showroom sample deliveries to our Brands’ Sales teams.
- Supporting in maintaining standards in our large sample stockroom - housing the latest collections from 15+ brands.
- Responsible for weekly orders of consumables.
- Management of incoming post.
- Support creating a safe and secure environment - full training provided through our PEOPLE team
- Working closely with our Office Manager.
