We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working **Distribution Supervisor** to ensure that all customers both internal and external, receive the best experience possible by achieving all departmental quality and performance KPIs.

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimise productivity
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business processes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Distribution Supervisor or a similar relevant role
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
- Ability to manage a team effectively and provide clear direction
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
