- **The Role**:_

We are looking for talented, experienced individuals with an innate sense of style and desire to deliver excellent customer service to be part of our Peter Jones John Lewis concession. Please note, you may be required to work from our Oxford Street location also.

Reporting into the Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering an on-brand experience to all customers. With a focus on driving sales through customer service excellence; taking a focused 1-1 approach with the customer as well as silent service through maintenance of the store visuals and standards.

You will engage and immerse the customer in the world of Hush; your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the product will be evident in your natural warm, welcoming but laid-back style. A driven and motivated individual you will be KPI, and customer service focused, energised/engaged by achieving goals through a collaborative, teamwork approach.
- **The Responsibilities**:_
- Ensuring all operations are complete to a high standard and create a functional trading environment.
- Actioning floor updates with authorisation from Senior Visual Merchandiser sharing best practice images to your stores.
- Confidently building and managing effective relationships with HUSH customers.
- Accountable for meeting sales targets
- Proactive in training and developing your team, including new starter inductions and conducting team appraisals.
- Highlighting stock needs and commercial actions following store visits.
- Flexibility to travel in line with store needs.
- **The Person**_
- Able to work 20 hours per week (across Mon-Sun)
- 2+ years of retail, visual merchandising, and customer service experience within a similar environment.
- Dependable and keen to succeed.
- Enthusiastic and able to set an example to colleagues.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Vast knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Flexible and willing to travel between concession sites when required.
- Able to work alternative shift patterns when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
