A day in the life of

As** Food and Beverage Supervisor**, you will assist the Operations Manager by supervising all aspects of your Bar and Restaurant team, as well as assist overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Mercure Glouceste you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall is a classically-styled country house hotel with Regency decor and charming rooms surrounded by beautiful grounds.

It is situated just 3 miles from the city centre and is a top class location for conferences and meetings.

The hotel has 72 bedrooms including 4 poster suites, a restaurant, and a Club Bar.

It also offers meeting facilities with 6 conference rooms for up to a maximum of 120 guests. Own transport will be essential due to the location of the hotel.
