Norwich, United Kingdom AnywhereWorks Full time

-Job details

Our mission is to help the world work Anywhere, and we’re excited to share a new opportunity to join our Client Experience team.

At AnywhereWorks, our customers are the hero. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting small-medium sized businesses, across a range of industries.

As a purpose-driven organisation, we are passionate about the power of people and the importance of creating connections. That’s why we pledge to always use real people (not bots) in customer-facing interactions.

We’re so passionate in fact, that we created our very own campaign - take a look here

**The Role**:
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.

As a CX Associate, you will work from your dedicated home working space. You will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages. This is a fast-paced role where no two calls are the same.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.

**So, what do we look for**:
First and foremost, we want people who care. We’re passionate about delivering happiness, and you should be too. **_Say it with a smile._**

We strive for the best. The best people, and providing the best service.

We want people who have a desire to learn and grow. We know that learning is an ongoing process. That’s why you will be given paid learning time each week to focus on your growth.

If you are also highly motivated with great attention to detail, you could be right for us

Although you will be working from your home office, we also like to **_meet up when it matters_**, which is why we are looking for people who are within a 1.5-hour commute of Norwich.

**What’s in it for you**:

- Amazing colleagues and an environment where stuff gets done.
- Pay starts at £12 per hour.
- A pretty fantastic training programme - equipping you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed, and a chance to get to know other new starts from day 1.
- The freedom of working from the comfort of your own home office.
- Time to learn & grow - paid learning time every single week.
- Time to Give Back - 2 x paid volunteer days per year.

**When will you work**:
We have a variety of schedules available from 20 hours per week covering evenings and weekends. Your weekday shifts will start no earlier than 4 pm and weekend shifts no earlier than 11.30 am depending on the schedule assigned. You’ll be given our available shift patterns and asked to specify your preference during the recruitment process.

Please note - to enable you to complete the training programme and to set you up for success, you will be required to work Monday - Friday from 2 pm - 10 pm for the first two weeks only.

**What do you need**:

- Your Internet Connection: Cable/Fios or high-speed DSL (no DSL Satellite, wireless, satellite, LTE/4G, MIFI, VPN, or WiFi extenders). No shared connections.
- Good Internet Speed: Minimum 10 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload.
- Wired Connection: Ability to hardwire the computer to the internet using Ethernet cable.
- Computer Display: Supports at least 1280x800 resolution.
- Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher, excluding C+G type, Celeron, or Chromebook processors.
- Operating System: 64-bit, Windows 10 or 11; MAC (2017 or newer) running Big Sur or Monterey.
- Memory: 8GB RAM or more.
- Boot-up Time: Less than 3 minutes.
- Webcam: For training and meetings.
- Personal Phone: For 2-factor authentication.

**What’s Next**:
The next stage is a short interview with our recruiting team, followed by some skills testing (it’s fun, we promise).
