**Responsibilities**:

- Experienced with Purchase Ledger duties such as setting up new supplier accounts, processing invoices and expenses, supplier reconciliations and resolving queries
- Updating supplier account reconciliations to reflect company expenditure
- Complete accurate purchase ledger reviews
- Deal with high-volume transactions across several group companies
- Prepare supplier payments for authorisation and input to the bank
- Ensure all records are kept up to date and easily retrieved
- Assist with sales ledger duties
- Assist with bank reconciliations when required
- Support the accounts team with any further duties required

**Skills and experienced required**:

- Experience using Sage/ accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Team player and willing to support others
- Strong Excel skills
