Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to come and work with our healthcare team here in East Lancashire.You will be based at the Burnley office located on Westgate ,but may sometimes be required to cover other areas if required due to sickness and holidays.

You will be an integral part of the healthcare team offering healthcare assessments and interventions to our service users alongside the other members of the healthcare team.

**Where**:Burnley

**Hours**:30 per week

**Salary**: £24,466.99 - £26,110.88 dependant on experience, pro rata

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Working closely with your Nursing team to develop pathways to care
- Support service users in opiate and alcohol interventions.
- You will support on harm reduction interventions along with physical and mental health assessments.
- Keeping the people who use our services at the heart of everything you do

**About you**:

- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- Experience of working within substance misuse or a social care setting would be an advantage but not essential
- A clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
- Good organisational skills
- Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of the team
- Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Respond flexibly to the demands of the post
