Our client - a further education college in Derby - is seeking a talented Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team.

**The role in a nutshell**
- £25 - £30 per hour
- Temporary position - access weekly/monthly reviews regarding extensions
- Part-time role - 18.5 hours per week
- Deliver high-quality teaching and support student learning in Health and Social Care
- Efficiently oversee the daily educational activities of students in alignment with the college's goals.
- Play a crucial role in motivating students and peers by discerning, explaining, and utilising specialised knowledge.
- Enhance student retention and academic success through ongoing support and guidance
- Ensure compliance with college policies and promote a safe learning environment

**A bit about you**
- Teaching qualification (certificate in education/PGCE/Professional Diploma in teaching
- Hold Relevant professional qualifications and substantial industrial experience in Health & Social Care
