Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Health and Social Care assessments to Level 5
Support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5 (Lead Adult Care Worker)
Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2
Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
Support, advise and motivate learners
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs
Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration

Requirements:
Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET
Ideally have experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care at Level 5 – not essential
Hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent
Hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager
Confident to deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working

What We Offer:
Excellent salary package of £28,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)
