Care Response 24/7 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to work within our busy office in Glasgow.
Our company has grown substantially over the last few years with an amazing team in the office continuing to smash targets. We are looking for our next superstar, could this be you? Are you not afraid of hard work? Can you work in a very fast paced environment? The buzz in our office is exciting, fast and passionate, come see for yourself
Targets are simple, goalposts are firm if you meet targets you will get bonus, we never increase targets.
**Main duties**:
- Posting job adverts on our recruitment platforms and social media accounts
- Carrying out interviews (face-to-face and over the telephone)
- Organising worker training and inductions (online and practical)
- Ensure compliance for all workers
- To process paperwork efficiently and effectively
- On Call duties will be required for one week at a time, this is divided between all office staff
This post is full-time Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30.
