**Teaching Assistant Required**Your new school**
Your new school is a lovely small school located between Warwick, Stratford and Southam. The school is not accessible from a bus route so you would need to have a form of transport. The hours are flexible and can be ether mornings or full days dependant onyour availability. The role is support a Year 3/4 class initially until the end of term, however there is potential fro this to extend until summer should you get on well.
**Your new role**
Within your new role, you will be assisting the class teacher, and supporting a class of Year 3/4 pupils. The role will be classroom based, whilst also supporting with small group interventions. You will be expected to ensure the children are engaging wellwith the learning set out for them, and will be expected to assist with the teaching, and work to follow the teachers plan.There is a high level of SEN within the class, so you must be happy to support with this where necessary.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this position, you will need
at least 40 days school-based experience within the last two years.
Good knowledge and understanding of the children's curriculum would be preferred.
You must be able to work to your initiative throughout the day and assist the class teacher whenever needed.
