We have an incredible opportunity to join our IT Operations division as an Application Support Analyst
You will join as part of a team who are working across the full Hastings Systems Estate and are responsible for the analysis and recovery of all production incidents.
**What will you be doing?**
- Triage and analysing incidents and working with the wider team, Developers and Engineers to identify root cause fixes and raising defects via octane.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior leaders/management.
- Working with development teams to aid and improve system functions and processes.
- Manage agreed backlog of incidents (via Kanban boards and Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe - methodologies) and issues with resolutions / mitigations delivered within agreed timescales.
- Organising recoveries and/or script executions for breaches - Working with other teams to facilitate
- Escalate and defects you feel are significantly impactful to customer/colleague or a breach to either the Incident and Analyst manager (or a member of the Incident management team), risk and compliance and the Programme and Product leadership team.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Investigative nature with problem solving attributes
- Exposure or knowledge of SOAP, REST, JSON, XMLJSON & XML, HTML, GOSU, CSS and JavaScript advantageous.
- Previous position as an Application Support Analyst or similar
- Experience of working to ITIL standards within an agile, Kanban environment
- KQL and/or SQL knowledge an advantage
