**about the role**

The Senior People Advisor role is an operational expert providing day-to-day advice, guidance and coaching to the business. Acting as a support to the Strategic People Partners in the delivery of an efficient and effective service to their client groups. Along with the People Advisors, the Senior People Advisor will be the first point of contact for all people-related advice and support.

As a people expert, the Senior People Advisor will support transformational projects to enhance colleagues' experience and aid in the delivery of a high-performing culture across believe housing.
- Work closely with and support the People Advisors to provide an efficient customer-centric service to the directorates.
- Coach line managers through first and second-line people-related issues, concerns and development needs to enable and empower them to manage their people effectively and consistently.
- Provide HR advice and support when required in the management of casework including investigations into conduct, capability and grievances.
- Provide advice, guidance and administrative support on job design, organisational change, restructuring and redeployment processes, advising on best practice, procedures and appropriate legislation.
- Act as a change agent for major and minor transformation projects and programmes to ensure a seamless and effective implementation and sustainable embedding of all activities.
