**Job description**

**Warden/ Grounds and Maintenance Assistant to join our Deeside Holiday Park.**

**The Role**: This is a permanent position offering 35 - 40 hours per week. Please be aware weekend working will be essential. We will offer an hourly rate of pay dependent on experience, with a minimum start of £12 per hour. Accommodation is provided with the position at no charge (Gas & Electric are payable monthly**).**

** Please be aware this is a Live-in Position**

Previous grounds or maintenance experience will be very beneficial. An experience within a trade will also be prioritised. Due to machinery being used, a driving licence will be essential.

As a Warden there will be a requirement to be available up to 4 nights per week for any guest emergencies.

**The position is available for an immediate start**

Role & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the park and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
- Carrying out any repairs/maintenance to facilities and holiday homes
- Complete jobs on list in a timely manner to a high standard.
- General groundworks and gardening duties
- Carrying out projects on site to improve the facilities, utilising various trade knowledge/capabilities.
- Maintaining good communication with team and Park Coordinator, whilst providing a high standard of customer care
- Following all health and safety requirements of the Holiday Park.

Wood Leisure is a family run business that operates five holiday parks across Scotland, priding ourselves on offering excellent customer service and promoting our family values to create an enjoyable place for our team to work and our customers to visit. Deeside Holiday Park is on the outskirts of Aberdeen, we currently offer Caravan and Lodge holiday homes for hire (some with Hot Tubs) and touring as well as having a number of private holiday home owners. Wherever possible, we endeavour to develop and enhance our team member’s skills to allow them to grow with us so full training will be provided.
