**We are looking for a professional, attentive and passionate person to be the face of the The Malvern Spa reception.**

**Are you the person who can help run our busy reception desk efficiently, productively and with a passion for the Spa & hospitality industry?**

**About the role**:

- To provide our guests with first class hospitality, a friendly and cheerful welcome. Setting exceptional first impressions.
- Make all of our guests feel welcome and help them unwind.
- Responsible for payments, opening and closing the reception area.
- Help promote and drive the business forward.
- Check in & Check out in line with company standards
- Professional telephone manor and able to multitask.
- Ensuring reception area is kept to the highest of standards

**What would make you the perfect fit?**
- A natural flair and elegance for service and a passion for providing a luxurious level of service
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential, a background in a luxury spa/hotel environment would be beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, including a fluent level of English
- Flexibility is key, shift times are 6am - 2.30pm / 10-4pm / 2-10pm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Warm & friendly personality
- Excellent grooming skills
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Permanent, 32 hours per week.

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.41 per hour
