Job Description: Electrical Supervisor - Domestic Electrical Installation

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of electrical rewires in domestic dwellings, encompassing tenanted, void, and private properties. Position Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of electrical rewires within domestic properties. Your role will involve ensuring that all electrical work is conducted in compliance with current regulations and health and safety procedures. You will collaborate closely with the project co coordinator and Congrats manager to ensure the seamless execution of contracts and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of electrical rewires in domestic dwellings, encompassing tenanted, void, and private properties.

Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of properties to assess electrical installation requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Build and cultivate strong relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders, fostering positive communication and client satisfaction.

Ensure that all team members adhere to current regulations, quality standards, and health and safety protocols during project execution.

Collaborate closely with the project co coordinator and Congrats manager to ensure the efficient planning and execution of contracts.

Monitor and assess the progress of electrical rewires, addressing any challenges or deviations from project timelines.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance their performance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Prepare and submit accurate reports on project status, progress, and any potential issues to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in social housing and domestic electrical installations.

Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, Inspection and testing) and relevant certifications.

Strong understanding of current regulations, standards, and health and safety procedures pertaining to electrical installations.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, clients, and team members.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.

Proficiency in project coordination and organization, ensuring the successful completion of contracts.

Detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
