We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised and
detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On
- boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of

**Duties**
- Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires,
including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-work
checks and tracking.
- Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team.
- Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as
probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and
termination, as directed.
- Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing
timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and
foster a positive work environment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR &
Onboarding Specialist,

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an HR officer or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Desirable skills**
- An interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets.
