**We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Operations Co-ordinator to join our Operations team. You will be part of a fast-paced team which has an unrivalled reputation for client focused hard work and successes. **The role of Operations Co-ordinator is to provide support to internal teams in the delivery of an administrative service, that is efficient, effective and of a high standard.**

**Person Specification**
- ** Previous administration experience**:

- ** Good attention to detail and task driven**:

- ** Good computer literacy**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Receive the incoming mail, ensuring that it is scanned and sent to each internal team in a timely manner;**:

- ** Ensure all outgoing post is franked and available for collection within the agreed Royal Mail timelines;**:

- ** Manage and maintain appropriate levels of stationery for business use;**:

- ** Ensure all files are sent to and retrieved from the offsite archive supplier as required by internal teams;**:

- ** Ensure all Wills, LPA’s and deeds are recorded and stored on-site;**:

- ** Prepare high quality documentation covering letters, presentations, spreadsheets and reports as required;**:

- **Undertake the file closure activity**:

- ** Undertake deed scheduling;**:

- ** Complete administrative functions such as document scanning, issuing of faxes and photocopying as required;**:

- ** Support the secretarial group as required to ensure that critical tasks are covered and the required client service is delivered;**:

- ** Operate an effective pending/brought forward system that ensures all critical activities are progressed within the required timelines;**:

- ** Assist with projects as required by meeting agreed deadlines and achieving specific deliverables;**:

- ** Ensure that personal and team work space is kept tidy and professional at all times.**
