Main Role Objectives

My client, a pod manufacturing company are currently looking for a contracts planner to join their business, main duties will include:

- Generate Pod-Schedules (Contract Specific) with all relevant Building & Pod details.
- Populate the Quality Documentation in the Pod Schedule.
- Populate the Label Documentation in the Pod Schedule.
- Update & review the OSS-Planners (Production Dates, & Delivery Dates, & Quantities).
- Allocate & Communicate Sage BOM numbers.
- Track & Allocate Pod Prices as outlined in the Purchase-Order, as verified by Commercial.
- Track & Allocate Pod Price Variations to Order, as verified by Commercial.
- Activate the Invoicing Schedule.
- Activate the Vesting (Invoicing in advance of Delivery) element of the Pod Schedule.
- Liaise with Design to match OSS Drawings Pod Title description to the Pod Schedule.
- Highlight & Communicate First-Offs to Design & Production.
- Travel to Site may be required from time to time.
- Track down & receive Floor Plans as issued by the Client.
- Extract & Mark-Up Floor Plans & enter detail onto the Pod Schedule (s) (Microsoft Excel).
- Amend & update Pod Schedule(s) where required.
- Track & conclude any variations or changes & verify with Commercial.
- Client contact for Floor Plans.
- Client contact for Site Delivery Dates.
- OSS Production receive the handover of Pod Schedules for Launch into Manufacture.

**Essential Skills**
- Highly Logical individual.
- Meticulous with detail.
- Accuracy with Data critical.
- Ability to communicate with the internal departments at OSS essential.
- Ability to communicate with the external Client Teams essential.
- Presentable & Professional individual (Client visits will be required from time to time.)
- Microsoft Excel skill level must be high, as this is an essential tool for this role.
- Production Planning & Control knowledge & experience is a key requirement.
- Manufacturing knowledge & understanding is a key requirement
