**PMO Specialist**:
**Location: : Newbury (Blended Home Working)**

**Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday**

**What will you be doing?**

The PMO Specialist will be aligned to a large complex customer-facing project or programme OR Central Delivery PMO.

**Who are we looking for?**

Someone with acute attention to detail and confident in working with Senior stakeholders - essential when sharing and reviewing information which is customer facing.

Be proactive in ensuring that projects & programmes remain on track, linking all process areas together to analyse the bigger picture, this will incorporate customer activity

They must have experience of working in a customer facing environment with a strong understanding of project / programme governance

Desirable qualifications and abilities include:
Agile, P3O or Prince 2 are desirable

Extensive experience in management reporting techniques and processes, and performance metrics.

Broad understanding of financial controls, project accounting and benefits realisation process

Able to evidence highly proficient skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Demonstrable experience of the automation of reporting and processes.

Risk and compliancy management experience

Excellent planning & organisational skills

Eligible for SC Clearance
