As a key member of the Housing Options team, you will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to discuss housing options, providing advice and assistance and completing an initial assessment of customers circumstances. You will also liaise and advise statutory and voluntary agencies on a range of housing issues and homelessness.

- be able to understand and implement housing law and policies.
