Parts Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a client based in Farnham. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:

- Answer all incoming internal and external telephone calls- Effectively deal with customer orders received over the trade counter or via post, telephone or sales staff- Deal with online enquires and orders- Suggest appropriate product alternatives and maximise sales and profit- Highly proactive in achieving additional telephone sales- Comply with company credit control procedures and complete all required administration tasks- Order and store parts and monitor stock levels- Use catalogues and price lists to identify parts to meet customer requirements- Ensure all parts taken from stock to fulfil customer orders are invoiced- Be prepared to train as a First Aider- Operate a forklift truck and comply with company health and safety policy**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor- Competent computer skills with basic knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel- Able to work independently and as part of a team- Good administration skills- Strong communication skills, verbally and writtenThis is a full time, permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a week. The salary is £24,000 per annum, plus commission.
