We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking **Mill Administrator** at **Harlow Bros** in **Long Whatton. **This is a fast-paced working environment working within a well-established team.

We are looking for someone with the following experience/qualifications:

- Administration
- Timber processing experience
- Customer service Skills
- ISO 9001
- IT systems (including Excel and BisTrack)
The hours of work are **Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00**

You will report to **The Mill Management team.**

As a **Mill Administrator** your primary responsibilities would be:

- Input the information from Scheduling activities for all materials and processing activities, in line with order requirements
- Ensuring all WO processes and raw material requirements are listed prior to timber processing
- Adding and creating templates in BisTrack for all product not defined as ‘Special’
- Process all works orders in full, ensuring costing and material usage is accurate
- Produce labelling for all packs produced through all mills
- Provision of material requirements in support of stock control and yard pre-picking activities
- Support Stock Controller in rectifying and communicating stock shortages
- Maintaining accurate filing systems in support of future activities, including ISO accreditation and Quality Investigations
