Admin Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking **Admin Apprentice** at **Harlow Bros **in **Long Whatton. **This is a fast-paced working environment working within a well-established team.

Harlow’s has over 90 years’ experience in Timber, Engineered Timber, Manufactured Buildings and more. With 13 locations across the UK and over 500 employees, from manufacture to merchanting, Harlow’s have the expertise to advise, supply and support you in any project or build.

We are looking for someone with the following **experience/qualifications**:

- English and Maths; apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment.
- Adept computer and IT skills
- Confident math skills

The hours of work are **7:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 15:00 Friday.**

You will report to **The Mill Manager.**

As an **Admin Apprentice **your primary **responsibilities** would be:

- Input the information from Scheduling activities for all materials and processing activities, in line with order requirements
- Ensuring all WO processes and raw material requirements are listed prior to timber processing
- Process all works orders in full, ensuring costing and material usage is accurate
- Produce labelling for all packs produced through all mills
- Support Stock Controller in rectifying and communicating stock shortages
- Maintaining accurate filing systems in support of future activities, including ISO accreditation and Quality Investigations

**The apprenticeship you will complete is Business Administrator - Level 3, the course will take between 12-18 months however this role is permanent.**
