Performance Business Partner - Water Recycling

£42,000 - £46,000 dependant on experience

Based within the Anglian Water Region, covering areas such as Northampton, Basildon, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich, Grimsby, Lincoln, Huntingdon & Cambridge

This role offers you the flexibility tof hybrid working, with a combination of working from home and from an Anglian Water site.

Permanent - 37 Hours a week

What will my role as Performance Business Partner involve?

In this pivotal role you will be working with senior leaders across the Business Stream enabling them to create a culture of data led decision making using performance information and intelligence, and embedding the behaviours that are essential to drive a performance culture

As a business partner and sitting on the Performance Leadership team you will perform the additional role of being the eyes and ears of the performance team out in the business stream, identifying area of continuous improvement within the performance arena.

**Your key duties will include**:
Delivering regular performance intelligence to the business stream, focusing on exceptions, and aligned to the Water Recycling Strategy on a Page driven Business Plan.

Challenging operational performance at all levels.

Proposing options for remedial actions and their likely impact on existing and future performance, working with the wider Business Stream Performance team

Providing guidance on quality and confidence of data and information used for reporting and therefore the assumptions that should be used when making decisions

Working with the business stream leaders, providing performance information, tools, analysis and insight to them, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business performance agenda through the operational control framework.

Working collaboratively with the Business Unit Director, Leadership Teams and other Business Partners across the business unit to develop and deliver clear, measurable, strategic performance metrics for the Business Unit.
