- The roleTo ensure the resource requirements developed by the Operational Planning team are accurately and swiftly put into the resource schedules, ensuring that the days plan is efficiently and effectively resourced and deployed by individuals with the required skill sets to execute the work.- The resource scheduling team is responsible for understanding and generating schedules for staff involved in the running of all operational areas including, but not limited to; Airside Security, Car Parks, Cleaning, Customer Experience, Engineering, Terminal Security, Soft Services.- Accurately administering all Resource Management Systems, maintaining and updating colleague data regarding staff moves, new starters, leavers, annual leave, overtime, shift swaps and flexible working shifts.
- Reviewing of all operational colleague timecards and removal of all exceptions.
- Support Resource Team Managers and Schedulers to ensure they have accurate information to make decisions.
- Collation of data sets for adhoc requests from Resource Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
- Support the Resource Leadership Team when chairing meetings with minute taking and administrative tasks.
- Request 3rd party resources, in line with operational demands set by the Resource Team Manager.
- Ensures that previous learning is shared and implemented, instilling a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Improvements in personal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the company that may be outside the standard remit of the role.
- To take responsibility for personal and team compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies, ensuring safe working practices are maintained which minimise the risk to self, work colleagues, customers, and staff.
- To be knowledgeable about the facilities and layout of the airport to assist passengers and airport users with their queries.
- To demonstrate a flexible and helpful attitude, assisting in the smooth running of the airport

- Great IT skills, including Microsoft packages Word & Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in using Resource Management Systems such as Kronos / Dimensions would be an advantage.
- Work well within a team environment.

- Creative and pro-active approach.
- Effective communication skills with people at all levels, including 3rd parties.
- Great organisational, planning and prioritising skills.
