**Client Care Advisor**

**Salary: £**21,915 per annum**

**Location: Greenside Veterinary Practice, **Melrose***

**Job Type: Permanent, Full-time**

**Hours: 40 hours per week - 5 Day week**

We are looking for a client care advisor to join us at the UK’s leading veterinary regenerative medicine and rehabilitation clinic which accepts referral cases from all over the UK. We are also looking for someone with an interest to develop their knowledge and skills, a passion is customer service, comprehensive communication skills and experience using a computer based appointments system.

This is a new role and will develop over time so a pro-active attitude and willingness to adapt to support a growing business is necessary.

Veterinary experience is welcomed but in-house training will be provided.

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Welcoming clients and their pets into the practice,
- Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care
- Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries
- First point of con following protocols to protect patient and client confidentiality and security tact for referral enquires
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception and waiting area space
- Supporting the practices efficient running with administrative duties and being part of a hard-working and collaborative team.
