**In a nutshell**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Creating best-in-class creative, relevant to the channel and within brand guidelines.
- Working with the Brand team to clearly communicate and deliver the creative strategy and drive brand awareness through compelling creative artwork that will engage both customers and colleagues.
- Managing and developing the production of campaign and online assets.
- Continually reviewing the current processes and seeking to develop strategic efficiencies to improve workflow and productivity, whilst maintaining quality.
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure that you are up to date with the latest plans so you can plan appropriate resource.
- Troubleshooting daily issues which may arise and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensuring equipment is kept up to date, sourcing and ordering new hardware/software where necessary.
- Overall account management and supplier relationship management for any external agency support, ensuring all work is carried out to agreed quality and expectations.
- Creative recruitment and any freelance booking.
- Projection planning of resources, to support and ensure that your team’s work is fulfilled within agreed timescales and to budget.
- Working closely with the Account Management team on workflow, approvals and setting client expectations.

**What you need to know and show**
- Experience of working closely with, or in, marketing agencies.
- Ability to interpret briefs and manage creative teams.
- Well-organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent team player, working closely with others to deliver results.
- Proven track record of working on your own initiative, with the ability to constantly introduce creative thinking to the role and the wider team.
- Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills. You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, translating complex or technical issues to meet the audience's competency level.
- Ideally you’ll have experience of Financial Services or FMCG.
