Office & Logistics Administrator

NanoFCM Co., Ltd is a fast-growing technology company supplying advanced instrumentation to the field of nano-biotech. Based in Nottingham, it serves customers across Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East.
As part of its development, the company is seeking to recruit an Office & Logistics Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support.
**Main Task & Responsibilities**:
- Office daily administrative tasks.
- Liaising with other departments and Freight Agents to book and track good shipments.
- Preparing shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice and Packing Lists.
- Placing internal company and office supply orders.
- Taking on any other reasonable task as instructed.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- A good level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven numeracy and literacy skills
- A thorough approach and attention to detail.
- Office administration experience.
- Good MS Office and general PC software skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
