**REED Business Support** are pleased to be working with an energetic and vibrant creative agency based in **Bristol** with their search for a **PA/EA** to join their fantastic team.

We are looking for someone who’s hard working, highly organised, tech savvy with a willingness to learn and grow. To work as a PA/EA, working alongside and supporting the CEO and COO.

Communication is key in this role, as you build relationships with key stakeholders such as Office Staff and Clients. Ability to showcase your passionate, enthusiastic and extremely motivated to succeed is essential in this role.

**Working Hours**:
8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm

**Hybrid Working**:
3 days Office/2 days Home

**Duties**:

- Organising and supporting the CEO and COO
- Manage the diaries and schedules of other senior management as necessary
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
- Liaising with clients and prospects & building relationships
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Document Creation (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Data inputting (Xero and HubSpot)
- CRM Support (HubSpot)
- Manage the CEO’s social media profiles
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a PA/EA
- Ambitious with the drive and commitment to succeed
- Highly motivated and focused
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Organised and focused through daily rituals including action planning and time management.
- Tech savvy - Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or similar
- The ability to think outside the box, be proactive and solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile
- Attention to detail
- Naturally shows initiative and is solution focused
- Well-presented and articulate
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Passion for learning
