You will be working for a Housing Association based in Lancashire
**Your new role**
As Director of Property Services you will contribute to the overall strategic management and service delivery, ensuring a clear alignment to the Group's business objectives. You will lead work with the senior leadership team in devising and implementing excellencein Property Services in all areas, whilst ensuring the effective management of risk.
Responsible for executing business strategies and delivering on plans focusing on Property Services including strategic asset management, repairs and maintenance, environment and sustainability and compliance.
To ensure excellent performance and customer service in the delivery of the Group's repairs and maintenance services whether directly delivered or through contract management and supply chain arrangements, striving for continuous improvement and learning.
To lead, support and manage the Property Services Team.
To ensure that the Group meets its statutory, regulatory and legal compliance obligations in the management and maintenance of its property assets.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be MRICS or MCIOB
You will have experience at strategic level of property compliance, R&M (including managing a DLO) and strategic asset management. You will have at least 3 years senior management experience in a housing management context.
