**We are looking to recruit a housing **support** worker to join our existing team, **Supporting** **young** people in our **residential** and outreach service's. In joining us you will have the **opportunity** to make a **significant** difference to the lives of the **young** people we work with.**

Ideally you will have experience of working with young people in a residential setting, or on an outreach basis, and will share our commitment to valuing the unique worth of every young person.
