We have an excellent opportunity for an Ecommerce assistant to join our Kiltane team. This will be a busy role with lots of variety so a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in a customer service-based role. You will provide support to the Warehouse Manager and the day-today Ecommerce operations and order fulfilment.

While training will be provided, you should be willing to learn and have a friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and enthusiastic attitude.
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Picking, packing and processing of customer online orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, before, during and after sales.
- Process returns and refunds in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Be the main point of contact for all customers.
- **Skills and abilities**_
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organising skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make decisions and resolve problems.
- Ability to take ownership of your responsibilities and to deliver at pace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
