**Applicants**:
You will have solid office-based administration experience including all the skills shown below. You must be available for part time work 20-25 hours weekly 4-days home based and 1 day office-based in central Newcastle.

Hours can be negotiated on basis of 4-5 hours daily Monday to Friday 9am-12pm /10am-2pm / 11am-3pm etc.

This role is initially offered on a temporary basis but may become permanent due to company restructuring.

**Overview**:
Part-time flexible 20 hours/week (Possible OT available)

Mainly working from home, 1 day in office (tbd)

Hour of work to be between 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday (to be negotiated)

**Job description**:

- Handling and administering customer enquiries within an agreed SLA
- Basic use of video editing software for UK GDPR compliance
- Peer reviewing other colleague's work
- Maintaining and updating customer records and company databases
- Provide basic telephone customer support, when required
- Any other duties as required by the Department Lead

**Skills**:

- Organisational skills

- MS Office skills especially in Excel

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.76 per hour
