The below job description will outline this position of: Workshop Administrator / Workshop Coordinator / Workshop Admin Support. This person will manage the administrative aspects of workshop-based contracts, ensuring efficient and timely processing of enquiries, work orders, certifications, and reporting requirements. Must be able to travel to Newcastle Upon Tyne
Duties and responsibilities of the Workshop Administrator / Workshop Coordinator / Workshop Admin Support:
- Ensure engineers have the necessary certifications for customer site/vessel access, reviewing and updating training as required. Review engineer timesheets and approve
- Monitor work in progress and provide weekly updates.
- Deal with all inbound enquiries.
- Create work orders, order required parts, and update as orders progress.
- Prepare, issue, and send invoices, send quotations.
- Process warranty claims within specified timescales.
- Compile, format, and file engineers' service reports, send them to the correct contact.
Requirement for the Workshop Administrator / Workshop Coordinator / Workshop Admin Support:
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office suite as a minimum)
- Excellent communication skills & organisational skills.
- UK driving License (travel maybe required within the UK).
- Must be able to travel to the office Location, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
