The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

You will have RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent and be proficient in IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative along with excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent time management skills.

You will have the ability to work under pressure.

The minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position is essential
