**18.5 hours Permanent Post - Westmeads - Extra Care Scheme, Royston Barnsley**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive and organised individual to join our dedicated team as a Housekeeper at Westmeads, our Extra Care Service in Barnsley.

We’re looking for somebody who loves older people, who is friendly and approachable, whilst having a passion for housekeeping and takes pride in providing a clean, safe and well-presented environment.

- Starting salary of £20,125 per annum, pro rata
- Working Hours: Part time - 18.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Generous holiday entitlement - 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays, plus an additional 4 SYHA days (all Pro Rata)

**In this role you will**:

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the communal areas of Westmeads, ensuring a clean, comfortable & safe environment for all.
- Maintaining stock control.
- Work in accordance with and maintain an understanding of health and safety procedures.
- be approachable and encouraging with customers.
