Junior Office Administrator

We are a small to medium sized events business with offices in Leeds and London. We specialise in the Antiques and Collectables sector. We plan, organise and execute many anitque fairs and events across the UK.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists and customer databases
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
