TrainWithUs is a shared service team, operating remotely our primary focus is to maintain compliance training for our clients across all divisions within M Group Services. We specialise in maintaining key learning management systems for the Group and organisingany training and development needs as required for our clients. **As the Training Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:
- Maintaining compliance against a set training matrix, using the Learning Management System (LMS) and Power BI reports
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders
- Providing advisory solutions to problems and queries
- Plan and coordinate training events
- Maintaining the online training calendar by liaising with internal delegates and managers to ensure maximum attendance on arranged courses
- To liaise with external training providers to ensure agreed costs and training standards are met, and work to resolve any issues and complaints.
- Oversee the on boarding of new people (clients) and training certification upload onto the LMS by the administration team
**What you’ll bring**:
- You'll have training experience, ideally in a construction/utility background
- You're able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail
- You've gained Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to improve our services and processes
- Able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs
- Confident in interpreting data and analysis
- As this role is based remotely you’ll need a high speed internet connection along with a suitable desk and chair
