**About the Team & Role**

A great opportunity to work within the Business Service Centre as an administrator, to support both internal and external customers. This is a varied role, and you will be part of a busy team who manage payroll, together with terms and conditions for schools across the county. Payroll experience is not essential as full training will be given.

**About you**

To do this role effectively you will need to:

- Be able to provide payroll administrative support including excellent Microsoft Excel and MS Word skills.
- To be able to deliver high level of customer service specially on the telephone.
- Be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Be able to build good relationships with customers.
- Positivity embraces a wide range of tasks.
