As part of this role, you will work with existing and new local employers, learners and partners to:

- Promote courses to the job centre claimants to help them gain skills, knowledge and confidence to move closer to the job market
- Present course information to partners to build confidence and understanding of support available through SPS Training programmes
- Promote new and existing courses to employers and developing a pipeline of customers to support the company objectives and needs of the local community
- Promote local employer vacancies
- Enrol prospective learners via telephone & face to face
- Work with learners to identify and explore barriers to work & learning and solutions for these
- Communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders at a range level to ensure a positive customer experience

The role will be based principally in Hertfordshire and surrounding county borders, so a local understanding of local labour market needs is essential.

To be successful in the role you will have
- Previous experience working as a Recruiter/Consultant would be advantageous.
- An ability to continually assess and respond to local labour market needs
- Worked in performance and target/results driven roles
- Evidence of skills and experience in building and managing a pipeline
- Evidence of working collaboratively with partners outside of the organisation to deliver solutions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agendas simultaneously
- Ability to enthusiastically market opportunities to internal & external stakeholders
- Resilience and be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- An understanding of, or experience of working within the welfare to work sector is desirable
- Ability to organise and plan a busy work schedule
- Commitment to working independently and motivated to achieving results
- Full driving licence and access to a car

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year + Commission OTE £30k+
