**The Bath Soft Cheese Co is an award-winning artisan cheesemakers with over 100 years of farming heritage. At our dairy outside Bath in Somerset, we make cheeses by hand using milk from our own herd. Our cheeses have won multiple awards in recent years including World Cheese Champion (Bath Blue) and International Supreme Champion (Wyfe of Bath). We have a cheese stall at Borough Market as well as a hot food stall in Borough Kitchen. We also attend weekly farmers markets accross London.**

If you are a friendly, outgoing person with a full UK driving licence and weekend availability then this might well be a great opportunity for you.

Bath Soft Cheese is hiring for a weekend market stall holder and driver. This is an active and largely outdoor role delivering the market stock to a number of farmers markets across London, as well as working on the stall selling our delicious cheese to customers. After training you will mainly be working alone, however you will join the vibrant community of traders and stall holders at London's Farmers Markets.

**A typical shift will look like this**:
Arriving at Borough Market at 6.30am, you will need to load stock and equipment for several farmers markets and drive to locations in central London where you will be met by members of our markets team.

At the last market you will remain and work a 4 hour shift (10am - 2pm) selling cheeses. You will need to engage with the public by sampling and encouraging customers to buy our cheeses.

At the end of the day you will then collect the stock from the markets and return it to Borough Market.

Possibility to work more hours at Borough market during the week if they hours are wanted or it can be part time weekends only.
