**The Role**

**S.A.W Resourcing Ltd** are currently recruiting for an experienced **Senior Energy Administrator** on behalf of our client based in **Leicester City Centre** on a permanent basis.

The role requires an immediate start.

The role of the **Senior Energy Administrator** is an extraordinarily varied and fast paced but a highly interesting and rewarding role too The role will be working within the wider sales team, where you will be a pinnacle point of contact within the processing chain. You will be mainly responsible for analysing and **complex query resolution** for customer and energy suppliers relating to energy management and bill validation.

Duties include (and you must have experience with)
- Taking full ownership of complex queries, starting from logging the query through to resolution. You will work closely with the relevant suppliers and departments to provide a solution and by understanding the complexity and detail of each query.
- You will take full responsibility for updating the customers daily on their query status. You will also manage, maintain and organise the daily customer query database log, to ensure that all queries are being dealt with and are up to date and being dealt with inline with SLA.
- You will review, analyse and validate bills within the energy management process by identifying billing errors and discrepancies in usages, rates and terms.
- You will then present a clear and concise resolution to the customer or energy suppliers raised queries to any errors or discrepancies.

**The Hours**

8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.

**Your Profile**

In order to be considered for this position, you **MUST**
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within the ENERGY sector, ideally within an energy brokerage.
- Be an excellent negotiator and influencer
- Excel (semi senior level), Word, Outlook
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially orientated
- Can work one own initiative, ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions with little supervision.

Parking is VERY limited and on a first come first serve basis and therefore cannot guarantee free parking on site.

**The salary**

£30,000 **BASIC** per annum + quarterly performance bonus.
