Weekend Concierge

**Working hours**:16 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Harnall Life house in Coventry is an 80 bedded Life house which houses men and women 25+ who have Complex Needs, we also have the capacity to take couples.

We are looking for a Weekend Concierge (Receptionist) to work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s

**Overall Purpose of the Role**

The role of Concierge will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Life house and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing the service. The role is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered.

The post holder should understand and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army, acting in a professional and ethical way at all times when representing the organisation.
