**Clerk to the Academy Committee**

**Permanent Contract**

**Start: As soon as possible**

**Starting Salary £2,223 per annum**

**Grade 5 - SCP 5 - SCP 6**

**Working Hours**:Annualised: 200 per annum (average working hours 3.83 per week)**

Queen Elizabeth’s School is looking to appoint a Clerk to the Academy Committee to work effectively with the Chair of the Academy Committee, the Headteacher, other AC members and the Clerk to the Trust.

Excellent communication, administrative, time management and organisational skills are required.

Experience in school governance would be an advantage but support and training will be given.

**Duties will include**
- Preparation of agendas and collating all relevant documentation.
- Attend AC meetings, take notes and prepare minutes of the meetings.
- Coordinate the arrangements for any additional and emergency meetings
- Accurate record keeping
