**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our agency. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and ensuring the smooth functioning of classroom activities. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, gaining diverse experiences and making a positive impact on the lives of students.

We are also happy to support individuals seeking long-term placements in a single school, and will aim to facilitate interviews and trials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support teachers in delivering lessons
- Assist with classroom management, behaviour management, and individual student needs
- Deliver small group or whole class teaching under the supervision of a teacher
- Encourage student engagement and foster a positive learning environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities
- Assist with the administration and assessment of student progress
- Provide feedback to teachers regarding student performance and any behavioural or emotional concerns
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students

**Requirements**:

- **Relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant**:

- **Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant (min. 2 years)**:

- Knowledge of the national curriculum, teaching and behavioural management strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish positive relationships with students
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 5 GCSE's or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English at Grade C / Level 4 or above
