**About being a Permanent Consultant**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **branch in Reading** to **manage and grow your own new desk specialising in recruiting permanent roles within the catering and office sectors. This is a excellent opportunity as there is lots of scope to build a very successful desk.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have access to our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace blended working and offer hybrid working from home after training and the office**. We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively identifying and establishing client relationships within the Catering & Office sectors
- Outbound business development calls
- Visiting clients so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Marketing and sales activities whilst working to targets and Key Performance Indicators

**About You**:
**Ideally you'll be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building and sales skills and the ability and drive to develop a new desk within the catering and office sectors OR if you have a proven sales background you can join us as a Trainee Recruitment Associate initially.**
