WillisPalmer is looking for an experienced Social Worker with proven child protection experience to contribute to its dedicated team by providing consultation to colleagues, Social Workers and the organisations that commission our services.

**The role of Consultant Social Worker includes**:

- providing professional advice to the referrals, case management, and family support teams.
- quality assurance of social work practice and assessments.
- managing self-employed Quality Assurance Consultants.
- recruiting high-quality Social Workers to join our organisation.
- assisting service development and relationships with those who commission our services.
- undertaking assessments or other regulated social work as required.
- line-management responsibilities.

You will also have excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to use them effectively to ensure services are provided to the high standards WillisPalmer is recognised for and contribute to the continuous development and growth of the organisation.

Remote working will be possible in combination with a minimum three days at our head office in Colchester, Essex.
